We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the receipt of your product as long as the item is in its original, unworn condition. Returns and exchanges are NOT offered on Gift Cards or Final Sale items. All refunds are subject to a $10 restocking fee.
Unworn, Original, New Condition
All items returned and exchanged must be in their unworn and original, new condition. Please avoid wearing your hat in hot conditions that would cause you to sweat. We are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on all Pascarel Caps products that are eligible, pending they have not been worn or had labels removed.
Returns and exchanges are offered within the contiguous United States on all hat purchases, unless otherwise noted on certain products (such as Gift Cards and Final Sale items). Return/exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the date you receive your hat. Requests after this point will be denied. All refunds will be subject to a $10 restocking fee.
Shipping for returns & exchanges is free of charge within the contiguous United States.
APO/FPO/DPO/PO BOXES: Exchanges and returns to APO/FPO/DPO/PO Boxes cannot be managed by Pascarel Caps. In this instance, you will be responsible for all shipping expenses and label creation. Please reach out to email@example.com for details.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: We do not accept returns or exchanges on ANY orders outside the contiguous US. Duties and taxes are not paid by Pascarel Caps and are the sole responsibility of the customer and will be collected at checkout. We are not responsible for any additional country fees that may apply.
To Initiate Your Return or Exchange
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll send you a shipping label which you can print at home.
We ask that you ship the hat back to us in either the original box that was used to ship the product to you, or a similar box that will prevent any damage in transit.
All products must be shipped back unworn and with labels on in the original packaging and the packaging must not be defaced in any way or a refund will not be issued. The returned items will be inspected to see if they qualify for a refund. Damaged merchandise or products with labels removed will not be refunded and you will be invoiced the appropriate amount to cover the cost of shipping the hat back to you.
Pascarel Caps will not be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Processing Time on Refunds, Exchanges, and Store Credits
Refunds: Once your returned product is received you can expect your return to be processed within 3-5 business days.
Store Credits: Store credit is issued once your product is dropped off with the carrier.
Regular Exchanges: Your new order will be processed once your package is dropped off with the carrier. *Please note: inventory is NOT reserved and is sold at a first come, first serve basis. If the item you requested has gone out of stock between your processed exchange and the time you drop off your item with the carrier, you will be notified via email and a store credit will be issued.
